My most popular cakes are -

 Chocolate Ganache - high percentage chocolate with double cream gives this cake an indulgent taste, it also tastes great with fresh berries 

Sweet Lemon - a light sponge with double cream mixed with condensed milk, finished of with a lemon sauce 

Lemon Meringue - homemade lemon curd, double cream and covered with toasted meringue

Strawberry (or Raspberry) Mascarpone Cheesecake - this cake uses a jelly to create a cheesecake, cake! ( not vegetarian)
